I use a bunch of different apps to draw depending on what I need to do.
The main one I use is Krita
It's free and it's great.
But if I need to draw on my phone I use Ibis Paint X
which is very capable for a free mobile app.
Sometime I also do pixelart (especially when I only have a mouse to draw) or when I do gamedev. In
this case I use Aseprite
It's the best pixel art app out there but it's paid.

things I like while contribuing to the community!

You may notice that I draw a lot of fanarts
, especially
of:
They are also part of my favorite games, but I think you can guess it :,)
I also did a lot of pixelart back then. I really like how the limitations can give such a unique result. There's some stuff you can only do with pixelart. Also working with limited color palettes helped me get better at colors!
Pixelart is something I'd recommend to every beginer artist, it helps get the fundamentals, while having to manage less things.
